At Chess Club this year we are delighted to say it is the largest one ever with now 16 members coming each Friday lunchtime, after extra chess sets were procured. A congrats to Jack who currently leads the chess ladder to date but we have some excellent new members who have just joined and are climbing the ladder swiftly. We have reached out to the Ulster Chess Union and they hopefully will send out a visitor for us and have also reached out to numerous schools for a chess match so watch this space.
